Generally speaking, affidavits for general purposes are used as sworn statements that are completed on e-stamp paper by selecting the right value, signed, and notarized. There are various denominations of the e-stamp paper, including 20, 50, 100, and so forth. This affidavit will serve as identification of the signatory, as well as a statement of the facts, signature, and location (current address), as the signatory may not have been able to provide address proof due to recent relocation from another state or city.
